Please note the above listed courses and payment details pertain to individuals wishing to participate in AMSO training. Group or company enquiries should contact or directly for further information.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

The above listed training courses must be paid prior to the announced course starting date and prior to receipt of certificates. For courses held at NEA premises, we require full payment 48 hours prior to the course date.


A full refund will be provided on the actual cost of the course provided we receive notification of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the course date.


A 50% refund will be provided up to 24 hours prior to the course date and cancellations received less than 24 hours before the course, are not entitled to a refund.


All refunds are subject to deduction of 10% registration fee. Nautica Environmental Associates LLC reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrolment at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees.


In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unavailability, the cost of the course will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled at a mutually acceptable date. If a training class is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.
